Strengths-Based Coaching Services
What Is Strength-Based Coaching?Nearly two decades ago, the Gallup organization unveiled the results of a landmark 30-year research project that ignited a global conversation on the topic of strengths. Since then, nearly 12 million people have taken Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment. This assessment has helped millions of people discover and develop their natural talents. The StrengthsFinder assessment is the foundation of strengths-based development.
Before a person can intentionally invest in his or her talents, that person must come to appreciate the variety and intricacy of his or her talents and how these talents 'show up' in the world. Strengths-based coaching empowers and guides a person through the process of learning about, developing a deep appreciation for and employing their innate talents. |

Coaching for IndividualsEach of us has innate talents - "super powers" that make us unique and extraordinarily powerful. Throughout our lives we catch glimpses of these talents in our moments of great success.
The good news is that these moments of greatness need not remain fleeting ‘moments’ – they can become a matter of course, part of our everyday life. Imagine doing what you do best every day with ease, excellence and enjoyment. How great would life be?
